Bio (RP): Born Yorik Dalen, he was abandoned on the planet Dantooine at the age of 4. Young Yorik found refuge in an elderly man named Garek Straam. Garek felt a connection to this boy, and raised Yorik as his own. As Yorik grew older, Garek noticed that strange events that took place around the hut, seemed to trace itself back to Yorik. Garek soon came to the conclusion that Yorik was gifted with the Force, and was happy. When Yorik was around the age of 14, a band of raiders ransacked the hut while Yorik was away at the local town, and during the raid, Garek was killed. Yorik arrived back at his childhood home to discover it in ruins, and found Garek's charred near Yorik's room, in an attempt to defend Yorik, who Garek thought was still at home. Though Yorik was immediately distressed by the death of his pseudo father, he realized that this was his push to actually make something of himself. Yorik spent the next two years around Dantooine, trying to find his niche in society. One day, he was approached by an older gentleman who sensed Yorik's obvious connection to the Force. After a lengthy conversation, and discovering that this man was a Jedi, Yorik jumped at the opportunity to accompany the Jedi back to his temple.
